New Keets!

Two gray and white guinea fowl are walking around in a barn with a lot of babies following them.

Two mom guinea hens laid on a pile of eggs and hatched all these adorable baby keets. If you try and pick up one of these babies the moms try and attack you. I know, because one got out of the pen, I caught it, and was about to put it back in the pen when the mom tried to get me. I had to get the baby back in fast and close the door. If she only understood I just saved it from the cat. But what do you expect from that tiny little head of hers ;-)

Keets are standing on a ledge in front of a mirror. There is a person's leg and a feed container in the reflection.

There was a sign in the local feed store saying "Free Baby Guineas". Since our last attempt to allow the guineas to lay on their own eggs failed, we decided to call the number. Sure enough the guy had 10 baby keets which he had hatched and wanted to find homes for. I went and picked them up the same day.
